Description

Separable multi-ply/bilateral Heating machine
mod. MULTIBI 2000 3G

Heating length mm. 2000
Heating width mm. 5-40
Max. thickness mm. 10
Machine with 3 groups

The Separable multi-ply/bilateral Heating machine mod. MULTIBI 2000 3G,
was projected and built to heat plastic materials like polymethylmethacrylat (PMMA),
polycarbonate (PC), polystyrene (PS), and other, to bend them without internal or
external striations and/or burnings.

The machine is equipped with 2 complete heating groups (above and below).

The MULTIBI has the undisputed advantage to have a well delimited irradiation area,
this allows to make radial plies and to control the ray size.

A quick adjusting system of the radiating area is assembled on the machine,
such system also allows to keep the parallelism of the cooling groups.

By the MULTIBI very thick materials can be heated without turning sheets because
the machine has a double irradiation: upper and lower.

If the materials to be dealt have thickness between 3 and 5 mm., the upper groups can be
overturned and positioned on the guides supporting the lower ones, thus giving the user
the possibility to obtain 4 plies.

It’s possible to transform 2-ply machines (2G) in machines with
3 or 4 plies (3G and 4G) assembling 1 or 2 additional groups AUS 2000 G.

Each group requires that 1 lighting switch and 1 power selector is added on the
MULTIBI 2000 consolle.
