Machine with 2 plying stations, parallel between them + traverse for the 3rd parallel ply –
+ 1 perpendicular station.

For thin PVC, with heating through thermic bars and adjustable folders

TECHNICAL FEATURES

– Max. width of parallel plies 250 mm, max. depth 200 mm. (120 mm. on the transversal)
– The 4th ply by piece translation
– Piece loading and unloading through suction cups with drawing from storehouse (500 pieces 0,3 mm. thick – max. sheet dimensions 500×370 mm.)

– Half-automatic working cycle through PLC
– Cycle time with 2 parallel plies + 1 perpendicular ply: about 22÷24 sec.
