AUTOMATIC HEATING MACHINE KARTELL 250 A-C – 2 parallel stations

Machine with 2 plying stations, parallel between them and a perpendicular one for thin PVC,
with heating through thermic bars and adjustable folders.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

– Max. width of parallel plies 250 mm, max. depth 200 mm. (120 mm. on the transversal)
– Piece loading and unloading through suction cups with drawing from storehouse (500 pieces 0,3 mm. thick – max. sheet dimensions 500×370 mm.)
– Piece vacuum clamping

– Electric and pneumatic installation on the machine
– Half-automatic working cycle through PLC
– Cycle time with 2 parallel plies + 1 perpendicular one: about 22÷24 sec.
