The heating machine SOTA was projected and built to heat plastic sheets as per the following list, in such a way as to ply them without internal/external striations and/or birnings:
- polymethylmethacrylat (PMMA)
- polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
- polystyrene (PS)
- acrylic butadiene styrene (ABS)
- polystyrene foam (PVC)
- polycarbonate (PC)
- polyethylene (PE)
- polypropylene (PP)
- teleftarated polycondensation product (PE)
- vinyldene polyfluoride (PVDF) (PETG)

Thanks to the last innovations, the SOTA has a well-delimited radiation area, this allows to bend perfectly the used material and control its ray.
A pantograph system is assembled on the machine for radiating area adjustment.
Thus the system allows to keep the parallelism of the cooling groups.
Very thick materials can be heated without turning sheets because the machine has a double irradiation: upper and lower.

Use conditions:
- min. use temperature -10 degrees C / max. +50 degrees C
- max. relative moisture 80%
- max. altitude 1000 mt o.s.l.

The mod. QUARTZ 3000 1G is available in 2 versions:
A version: an upper heating group and a lower one
B version: 2 lower heating groups
