The polishing machine ALFA was projected and built to remove materials from 1/10 to 1,5 mm. leaving the surface perfectly bright. For this reason teh machine is equipped with 2 conveyor belts, 1 upper one and 1 lower one, to guarantee a perfect feeding without striations or burnings. The machine can polish acrylic material up to mm. 60 thick either at 90 degrees or at 45 degrees. A very simple and quick system has been realized to change working degrees and thicknesses in such a way as to eliminate working dead times for size changement. The upper group is self-levelling to support the difference of thicknesses of materials.
