The Router "Primato CNC LASER" is an excellent choice for who needs precision and reliability, repeatability for milling or drilling, on various materials. The main feature of our machines is to be simple and versatile even for who is beginner with computers and CNCs.
Unlike the workings made by cutters, the laser router has considerable advantages like easiness and immediateness of use.
In fact the machine allows - much quickly - the creation of objects that are obtained either by cutting or by carving, leaving from images on the computer screen.
Whoever has the basic knowledge of computers, in only 2 hours can begin working and producing by a router "Primato laser".

The machine is compact and the structure is made in painted, electro-welded sheet with axis guides that are integrated in the same structure.
The single-phase 220 V. input allows the easy placing anywhere
The used electro-tool is the Laser Co2 with powers from 40 to 100 W.

The applicative field of the routers "Primato Laser" is much diversified.
The fields where they are inserted refer to:
- Wood
- Plastics
- Ceramics
- Leather
- Glass
- and generally non-metallic materials
As to metals, excellent results are obtained for marking on inox steel
Furthermore, using proper "laserable" products you can make: panels, synoptic boards, exhibition structures and whatever needs a precise, quick, cheap cut.

Machines are much versatile, so much to make easy the execution of any type of figure, leaving from a square or a circle to arrive to even complex geometries where a precision in particulars is required.
Essentially, the router "Primato Laser" can be intended like a printer and like such thing it takes results, leaving a great space to creativity.

The working table is made by reinforced grid to favour its cleaning during working.
According to models (see technical cards), the table can be fixed, manually mobile or motorized.
This allows to carve and work even very large pieces (max. mm. 280 according to models).
The piece doesn't require mechanical fixing to be worked, but it must only be positioned on the grid table of the Router.

The materials that can be worked are:
WOOD According to the type of wood, different types of carving are made, from souvenir plates to any carving and cut.
The joiner makes wooden models of various kind, from the simple carvings to assembling and glueing of vaious particulars to obtain the finished object with considerable results.
Gadgets, objects generally, print of images coming from digital format, etc.

PLASTICS The machine is used to make advertising signs and plates of different dimensions, or through glueing the different letters and numbers or through cutting in complete Dxf format, by means of the use of a specific CAD-CAM program, or directly importing drawings and images.

ALUMINIUM In such field our machines can carve firm logoes - for instance - on panels or synoptic panels, other useful applications are slits and drillings to make slots to the electronic equipments (using suitable materials for working by Laser Co2).

ACCESSORIES
The laser Router "Primato" foresees some accessories, like:
- digital potentiometer for a micrometric adjustment of laser power
- continuity group and stabilizer
- laser cooling group with "water cooling" plant, thermostat with refrigerator group and heat pump to allow to keep always constant the temperature and the water flow inside the laser tube, in such a way as to preserve the same, increase its duration and guarantee an excellent quality in working.
- Compressor group in the machine to improve the quantity of oxygen required for the stabilization of the ray during working.
Furthermore, this allows the laser "Primato" the use in full autonomy without requiring the use of additional gas.
In fact, there aren't expendable products to be used for laser "Primato".
The only element subjected to wear is the laser tube that is guaranteed for a service of 1500-2000 hours or 1 year, according to the use ways.
If the machine is ordered with the spare kit (laser + lens), the replacement cost is extremely reduced and this way the machine has a total autonomy for 2 working years.

SOFTWARE
The software for Windows XP allows to import geometries from external CAD programs in HPGL, DXF, EPS formats etc.
It particularly imports from the following graphical softwares: ACAD, COREL DRAW, ADOBE PHOTOSHOP, and others.
Using Windows fonts you can have a great range of possibility to make logoes, signs and panels.
The program allows to edit - directly - writings and geometries, or to import files in vectorial format (DXF).
Several menus allow to edit the length, to move, to vary, to explode, to group, to make multiples and emptying of the carving areas.
Furthermore, the laser parameters are managed by simple and intuitive windows, thanks to which you can quickly take the control of the use of the machine and of its programming system.
