Flexibility and quality: the "Primato Laser Plus" line offers great reliability and quality in workings thanks to the particular selection of the materials and technologies that are used.
The innovative laser installation offers the possibility to cut and engrave all details with extreme precision and definition.
The motorization of X Y axis is optimized by the high resolution "microstepping high speed" technics (256.000 passes/rev.).
Main features of the system: no maintenance, movement linearity and working repeatibility.
The laser power adjustment happens through digital potentiometer, such solution allows to control the engraved or cut line in real time. The execution speed can be modified before starting working by means of software parameters.
In the fixed table version the focus happens by manual movement of the collimator ("beam delivery"). For the motorized table version, it happens through micrometric movement controlled by the CNC.
The revolutionary horizontal sliding worktable with guides on bearing allows to extract the table itself to load and unload the produced pieces, with a considerable time saving.
The specific "portal" configuration allows to work even sizes beyond the working field X-Y; in fact, there is no limit for the length of the worked piece.
Complete range of accessories: smoke aspirator/damper, vacuum worktable, red pointer, webcam, fixed or motorized worktable, rotating axis, phonic synthesis, special high definition lens for engraving or high efficiency ones for cutting.
Great easiness of machine management: all electric, electronic and optycal parts are easily identifiable and placed in easily accessible areas. The request of the installed power is extremely contained, "Primato Plus doesn't need expendable materials, like gas or other".
A compressor inside the machine provides to supply the right quantity of stabilizing pressurre, essential to laser for working.
An automatic blow-by and cooling group guarantees constant flow and temperature of the water used in cooling the laser source, assuring its stability and increasing its duration.
The machine programming is made much simple and immediate thanks to a Windows XP "User friendly" interface
Programming happens importing graphical or vectorial formats from the program itself.
The cutting path is automatically created by the software before making the working. Functions for modification, copying, multiples and "nesting" are foreseen.
All working parameters can be defined by the operator according to different access levels.
The use of the machine is extremely simplified and doesn't need particular informatic competences.
The control of "Primato Plus" is entrusted to a specific card, inserted in the PC, currently supplied. Such solution allows to reach extremely high performances and to make workings of even much great programs.
