 Description 
CNC/LASER/MULTI-TOOL MACHINING CENTER "FULL CUT" serie for working: textiles, leather, composite fibers, plastic materials, expanded materials, wood, glass, rubber.
The "FULL CUT" series Plotters or Pantographs represent the ideal solution for cutting, marking, milling, creasing or engraving the most different materials.
The moving technology by brushless servomotors" controlled by a CNC - that controls up to 6 axis - make such machines reliable and versatile real NC machining centers.
With this series different tools can be installed, they allow to work the most different materials among which textiles, leather, composite fibers, plastic materials, expanded materials, wood, glass or rubber to mention only some of them.

1. CO2 LASER 25-400 W - Contemporarily to other tools, CO2 laser sources can be installed for cutting and engraving materials suitable for laser cutting.
Such type of sealed laser allows to work in an easy and effective way an innumerable quantity of different materials.
Since it's possible to adjust easily the optycs of laser in height, materials of different thickness can be worked thus making the machine extremely versatile and adaptable.
Somw workable materials are: synthetic textiles (no PVC), natular fibre textiles, technical textiles moquette-methacrylate, paperboard, wood, medium density.

BLADE-HOLDER AND CREASING TANGENTIAL GROUPS - The blade groups allow to cut or engrave at adjustable depth materials suitable for cold cutting. Such technology allows to cut precisely at high speed without transferring too much movement to the cutting body and reducing friction between blade and material.
Blades are available in different diameters according to needs and - installing gauged stops - it's possible to determine the desired cutting depth. In this case, the minimum cutting ray is equal to the blade's one.
3. MILLING HEAD - This tool includes an industrial milling/boring chuck 2,2 kW at 24000 r.p.m. Such solution with the suitable table allows to crop and mill - through chip removal - materials that can't be worked by laser or blades.
The Z axis movement system is controlled and interpolated so it allows workings in the space by progressive CAD-CAM.
The system is preset to apply chip suction systems and tool cooling systems.
On request, the manual tool replacement with automatic release.
4. GALVANOMETRIC LASER MARKING HEAD - Together with other tools, it's possible to install a galvanometric laser head that allows to mark and engrave the most different materials with other workings. By a dedicated software you can mark images, inscriptions, drawings directly importing files from other softwares, like JPG-DWG-DXF-PDF-WMF-TIF ...
The installable sources are - as you like - 10-25-50-100 W while marking dimensions go from mm. 100x100 to mm. 500x500.
The laser marking allows to print, engrave and cut with unreachable speeds by other technologies. This technology - since it's assembled on the plotter bridge - allows to make localized markings or repeated ones on the whole working suface, and then they can be worked by other installed tools, like f.e. the laser cut or the milling.
5. TANGENTIAL GROUP WITH MOTORIZED BLADE - The group was conceived for cutting difficult materials using the simple pression cut, the circular or polygonal blade, turning at high speed makes a net and precise cut. Such system allows various adjustments according to the type of material to be worked and allows to cut at the same time even more than a layer at a time.
6. "HOT MELT" GLUEING HEAD - This tool installed on the machine bridge transforms the plotter in a real glueing robot, that is, it allows - interpreting the drawing - to dose automatically glue spots or lines with millimetric precision. In combining with a cutting tool, it allows to make cut, creasing and glueing of the pieces produced in an only work station, transforming the machine in a complete working center, bringing down productive costs.
7. MARKING-HOLDER UNIT The marking-holder group - installable on the whole range of plotters - allows to use normally used traditional markers like ball pens, felt pens, pencils ... The basic concept with such accessory is to put an universal housing at customer's disposal, to exploiting it at will and with the desired marking tools.an universal housing This tool allows to make markings interpreting the drawing produced by the user contemporarily to other tools so as to make all required operations on the material before taking it off the machine, f.e. marking assembling instructions, datum notches, marking operations to be done afterwards.
