3-PHASE AUTOMATIC CLEANER-ASPIRATOR mod. MOBIL POWER 200 - 400 V

It seems easy but to intake wood chips doesn't mean to stop and keep dusts, in short here is the traditional system and the innovative "opti JET" system:
Traditional system
By the traditional system the air is sucked and brings dust and chips, such air is driven by the turbine in a chamber composed by a plastic bag and another one made of paper or cloth.
A vortex is produced in such chamber, it lets chips and the greater particled fall in the bag and pushes the dusty air towards the walls of the filter-bag, inflating it.
Like that, more the filter-bag clogs with dust more the bag and the fiber meshes will aim expanding, making the air and some of dust flow.
This system usually allows to have a "M"-class filtered air (not enough according to the European law and the 626 law), the best products only are in the "G"-class, that is a residual in the air <0,5 mg/m3.
For its working system, the tradisional aspirator is suitable for intaking the coarsest chips like those ones coming from planer, spindle moulder and saw.
The filter can't be thicker because either the motor blows out or it clogs and intakes no more anything or bursts and release all.

Dust aspiration-purification-elimination "opti JET" system
By the innovative "opti JET" systemthe turbine stays in the clean zone of the aspirator and only intakes clean air.
The dirty air with chips and dust is sucked from the machine and gains a great speed in the hose, arrived in the aspirator-cleaner it enters a pre-filter chamber where it expands and suddenly slows down.
This makes all chips and the medium-fine particles precipitate,dust only arrives to the filter that works on the contrary, that is it isn't swelled but it's compressed. The more dust arrives to the filter and the more the filter clogs and - compressing - compresses and compacts dust, during the cleaning phase the water hammer of the compressed air expands the filter, freeing it from dirts and deposited particles.
By this system it's possible to have really clean and respirable air, satisfying completely the safety and health rules, the installation is in the "C" class, BIA-H3 certified<0,1 mg/m3, after that there are sterile chambers.
This system makes cleaner-aspirators suitable even for gauging and sanding and heavy applications like production and storage of pellets.

Clean air thanks to low contents of residual dusts thanks to the reliable opti JET process.
The optimal combination between superficial filtration and "opti JET" counter-washing allows to keep permanently the values of the residual dust in the air less than 0,2 mg/m3.
The advantage of the superficial filtration is that chips and dust are separated on the surface of the filtering material, so that particles can't penetrate into the filtering means.
During the filtration phase, the filtering material adheres to the support crate forming a star section. During the washing the filtering pipe is inflated by a compressed air blow in such a way as the residual material breaks off from the surface, thin dusts are forced to break off in counter-washing.
The ideal solution for small installations
- Automatic cycle, every 20 min., it cleans by itself (the pre-set up time can be modified according to the working conditions), during the cleaning phase the aspiration is automatically and temporarily reduced
- Aspiration of chips and dust from 1 line up to 4 or 8 machines (machines laid on the same line, properly connected by pipes and couplings, the number of contemporary machines changes from the type of machine to the distance between these ones and the cleaner. It's right to install a gate valve on each machine in order to close the not in use inlet). The 100% of the air is recycled and re-cleaned from thin dusts.

- Long duration of filters, the cloth is treated by a special material and is tested for heavy works, it can bewashed up to 3 times by industrial washing machines
- Low consumption of compressed air, in the washing phase the filter is inflated for about 1. sec. and the 15% of needs only comes from the compressor, the remaining 85% is the air on the place and is "dragged" by the jet in pressure; therefore it's enough a small compressor.
